How to use:

1. Peel: Open the foil packet and carefully remove the strips with dry hands, peeling them away from the backing film.
2. Apply and Wait: Fit the strips onto your teeth with the sticky gel side facing your teeth. Align the edges with your gum line and press gently to secure. If you’re using the express treatment, leave the strips on for 30 minutes.
